Introducing Summit Mind And Wellness

Climb toward clarity and resilience—your journey, our guidance.

Personalized mental health care rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a commitment to your growth.

Founder and Provider

Hi, I’m Sydney, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I know that reaching out for mental health support can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.

I work with adults aged 18 and up, taking a collaborative approach—meaning we’ll work together to find what feels right for you. That may include medication, coping strategies, or lifestyle changes, but most importantly, it’s about creating a plan that fits your life and your goals.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Saint Joseph, completing training in outpatient and inpatient psychiatry as well as community mental health. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals managing addiction, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and other mental health challenges.

At Summit Mind and Wellness, my practice is compassionate, patient-centered, and integrative. I draw on a college minor in Nutrition to incorporate dietary and lifestyle guidance into care, and I am certified in Acudetox, a specialized acupuncture approach that targets ear points to help reduce cravings, support addiction recovery, and promote emotional balance. By combining traditional psychiatric care with these holistic tools, I help patients support their mind, body, and overall well-being.

Outside of my practice, I’m a wife and mom, and I know firsthand how busy, messy, and beautiful life can be. I bring that perspective into my work, meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you move toward feeling better.

    Good Faith Estimate

Under the law, health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services. This is called a Good Faith Estimate (GFE).

    You have the right to:

    • Receive a GFE in writing at least 1 business day before your scheduled service.

    • Ask your provider for a GFE before you schedule or at any time.

    • Dispute charges if your bill is at least $400 more than your GFE.

The Good Faith Estimate will include expected costs of services, such as session fees, and is meant to help you plan for your care. Please note, the GFE is only an estimate and final charges may vary depending on your needs.

For more information, you can visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.

  • Not at this time, but I plan to in the near future.
